CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Registration fees and tuition allow First Coast Creative Camps LLC to secure instructors, materials, insurance coverage, and facility space in advance. Because camp expenses are committed prior to the start of each session, refunds are limited as follows:

Cancellation Timeline

More than 21 days before the first day of camp

• Families will receive a refund of tuition paid
  
  

21–14 days before the first day of camp

• Families will receive a 50% refund of tuition paid.
  
  

14 days or fewer before the first day of camp

• No refunds will be issued.
  
  

*The “first day of camp” refers to the first scheduled day of the specific camp session for which the child is registered.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be given for:

• Missed camp days
  
  

• Schedule conflicts
  
  

• Behavioral dismissal
  
  

• Voluntary withdrawal after camp begins

Camp Cancellations by the Company

If First Coast Creative Camps, LLC cancels a camp session due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
  
  

• Instructor emergency
  
  

• Facility closure
  
  

• Other unforeseen circumstances
  
  

Families will receive a full refund of tuition paid for that session.
